Training camps is primarily used to get away from the daily rhythm of life, to immerse ourselves more deeply and to get the most out of the exercise. They usually last 3-5 days and allow you to make significant progress in your studies in a very short period of time. One-day specialized workshops are usually held in Brno, for example, weekend courses with Grandmaster Chen Shi Hong or Sifu Pavel Hlavoň.
