Saturday's yoga practice, meditation, breathing exercises, a bit of filling of the tummy, a lecture with a bit of theory and then practice again… And on Sunday, after the morning stretch, a visit to the opposite Hussite prayer room, where Pavel spoke as a guest during the service, reflecting on the Gospel passage through the eyes of yoga practice.
