Meditation Centre Lažánky
Lažánky 133, 664 71 Brno venkov

• By car from Brno around the dam, through Veverská Bitýška. Alternatively, from the Brno-Prague motorway turn 21 km after Brno to Ostrovačice, direction Veverská Bitýška. The centre is located 700m further behind Lažánky.
• Integrated transport (bus, train) – stop Lažánky-šachty.

Training program:

• Yoga (in the morning): Exercises to strengthen the core and musculoskeletal system, strengthen and stretch the meridians and energy reservoirs, breathing techniques to harmonize the nervous system, meditation…
• Jiben gong: fang song gong, breathing exercises
• Qi gong: trees, silk reeling, tendon transformation,
• Da quan: 10 preparatory forms, 13 principles, 18 forms, Laojia 1+2, Xinjia 1
• Weapons: 33 fan movements, 49 sword forms
• Tui shou: sensitive hands, chinna, applications

Schedule:

• Arrival to the centre on Wednesday after 3:30pm. Training starts at 5:00 pm (we will start with qigong)
• We practice
  • in the morning 6:45 am – 8:15 am
  • in the morning 10:00 am – 13.00 pm
  • in the afternoon 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• The camp ends on Sunday at 12:00 pm. After the end of the workshop there is about an 1 hour of cleaning.

Prices:

Training fees

• One day 1 100,- CZK
• Whole stay 3 600,- CZK

Accommodation:

• The rental fee (overnight stay, hall, sound system…) 420 CZK per person/day
• Sleeping in normal rooms without extra charge (accommodation for 6 or more, toilet shower in the corridor)
• Own sleeping bags or blankets and bed linen can be rented for an extra charge 150 CZK for the whole stay.

Extra fees

• 2 new triple rooms – 200 CZK per stay (bedding)
• 5x apartment 2 persons – 300 CZK per day/ apartment
• 1x apartment 4 persons – 600 CZK per day/ apartment
• cabin ( 2 persons) – 50 CZK per day/ cabin

(apartments include blankets and bed linen, toilet and shower inside!)

Pavel will collect the payment on site at the end of the seminar (course fee + accommodation + meals), and please pay in CASH!
