We invite you to a seminar with Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang on October 24-27, 2025. The training will take place in Prague on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday at TJ Sokol Kobylisy.

4:30pm – 8:00pm – Body Structure, Basic of Biodynamics, Dantian movements, Zhanzhuang - Saturday and Sunday 25/10 – 26/10/2025
10:00am – 12:30pm and 3:00pm – 5:30pm – First Form of Laojia – focused on the 2nd Half of the Form - Monday 27/10/2025
10:00am – 12:30pm – Body Structure, basics of movement dynamics, Silk reeling, corrections, explanations, questions and answers
Fee:
